Cellulite: we all have it, but it doesn't mean we can't do anything to diminish its appearance, especially when there are foods that can help keep cellulite at bay. Include these foods in your diet for a tighter-looking body. Dehydration is the worst thing for cellulite, so look for foods that are packed with water. Keeping your body hydrated will fight fat deposits which cause the dimply look. And always drink at least 2 litres of water a day.
Watermelon
Feast on watermelon and you'll be boosting your water intake the delicious way. Dice up and add to salads along with cubes of feta and sprigs of mint. Add to a tropical fruit salad for a cooling dessert. Or juice and enjoy as a cocktail instead of sugary cocktails!
Grapes
Grapes make a great year-round snack and help keep the body hydrated - so forget chocolate and chips, keep a bowl of grapes by your desk and snack away!
Cucumbers
Rich in H20, there's so many more things you can do with cucumber than adding them to salads. Add them to your morning juice, grate into low-fat Greek yoghurt with chopped mint for a refreshing dip, and shave with your potato peeler and pickle with a little vinegar, sugar and salt as a delicious side dish with spicy dishes.
