Cocktail For The Weekend: Spiced Apple Highball

This perfect winter cocktail, full of warming aromatics like ginger, nutmeg and cinnamon.

Ingredients
45ml Frangelico
15ml fresh lemon juice
60ml cloudy apple juice
30ml ginger beer

Method
Shake the Frangelico, fresh lemon juice, and cloudy apple juice and strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Top with the ginger beer and garnish with fresh grated nutmeg or a cinnamon stick.
