Tara’s role in KateModern and her successful modeling career has proved she is an Australian star in the making, Rushton was named the Australian Face of Guess Watches in March this year.

Orlando Bloom’s Mint Julep
Ingredients:
 2 tablespoons superfine sugar
 30 mls fresh lemon juice
 24 mint leaves, plus 4 sprigs for garnish
 2 cups finely crushed ice 
 250 mls bourbon
Method:
 Combine sugar, lemon juice and mint leaves in a jug.
 Crush with a wooden spoon.
 Add ice and bourbon; mix well.
 Pour into tumbler, garnish with mint sprigs and serve.

Britney’s Spears Purple Hooter Shooter
Apparently her drink of choice before the big meltdown
Ingredients:
 15 mls vodka
 15 mls Chambord® raspberry liqueur
 1 splash 7-Up® soda
Method:
 Pour ingredients into a stainless steel shaker over ice.
 Shake until ice cold.
 Strain into a large shot glass, and serve.

Oprah’s Pomegranate Martini
Ingredients:
 375 mls pomegranate juice 
 60 mls Absolut Citron vodka OR white tequila
 30 mls Cointreau liquor
 1 Cup of ice
 Optional: Splash of sparkling water
 Optional: Squeeze of lemon
Method:
 Shake ingredients in a shaker and put in chilled martini glasses.
 Put pomegranate fruit into glass as garnish

Amy Winehouse’s Rickstasy cocktail
Ingredients:
 45 mls vodka
 15 mls Southern Comfort
 15 mls banana liqueur
 15 mls Baileys
Method:
 Prepare a tall glass full of ice 
 Add the Vodka
 Add the Southern Comfort
 Add the Banana Liqueur
 And then the Bailey's Irish Cream

Kylie Minogue’s $70,000 cocktail
A present from a secret admirer at the recent Brit awards.

The expensive drink is made up of Louis XII cognac, half a bottle of Cristal Rose champagne, brown sugar, Angostura bitters and pieces of 24-carat edible gold leaf. It’s garnished with an 11-carat diamond ring in the bottom of the glass.
