SheSaid reader Frances loved her week-long road test of the new Ford Focus so much she didn't want to give it back!

I am a SheSaid competition winner and received a Ford Focus from Ford Australia for a week long test drive.

Lucky me, I won a competition,
A new Titanium car on loan!
My first thoughts were big, shiny and sleek,
As the powerful beast arrived at my home.

I was keen to record my adventures,
So I took it to an 80km zone,
Put my foot on the gas, zoomed up to 80,
Quick and easy, I should have known!

Speed bumps are like floating over a cloud,
The leather seats, a copy of your favourite sofa,
Two awesome computers telling you what’s what,
So relaxed, like sipping a cocktail in loafers.

Having driven it around for a week,
There’s gonna be some things that I’ll miss,
My life won’t be the same without my Titane,
Driving it around has been bliss.

So things that I’ll miss, starting with A,
The acceleration is amazing,
The fab auto buttons to move the seat,
And the huge boot needs a whole lotta praising!

The coolest thing about the car,
Is that you can park with no hands!
There’s never an embarrassing moment,
when you need to park between two vans.

So it’s back to my old Suzuki Vitara,
The steering and pedals just aren’t the same,
No voice activated actions, no easy parking,
The Ford Focus Titanium is to blame!
