Dove Damage Therapy
Are you damaging your hair in the name of style? When I stopped to think about it, I style my hair with a blistering hot straighten on a daily basis, spray it with all sorts of lotions and potions and expose it to hot summer sun. Anything that can care for my hair has to be a good thing!
Dove's new range contains a micro moisture serum that repairs the tiniest chips and cracks on the hair's surface, and it penetrates from within. After a week of using the shampoo and condition, my hair felt stronger and even thicker. I also use the overnight treatment once a month for an extra boost plus the heat defence spray before straightening my hair...and feel less guilty using my straightener every day!

Nigella's new cookbook Kitchen - Recipes From The Heart Of The Home
I've always been a fan of Nigella - after all it was Nigella who turned me into a domestic goddess (when I couldn't even boil an egg), so I couldn't wait to pour over her latest cookbook
Kitchen.
It's just as good as all the others, with beautiful home-style photos and Nigella's trademark stories prefacing each recipe. Everything is do-able, from the brilliantly-named Slut's Spaghetti and Pantry Paella to the more-ish Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding and No-Fuss Fruit Tart which I'll be making all summer long. There's a chapter on pantry staples, as well as one on kitchen must NOT haves, like waffle makers and juicers, which make for a great laugh.
